Return & Refund Policy
At Gear Glow Autos, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will help you with an exchange or refund after verification.
Return & Exchange Time
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return / Exchange is Accepted If:
The product is damaged, defective, wrong, or different from what you ordered.
Return / Exchange is Not Accepted If:
The product is used, installed, broken by the customer, damaged after delivery, returned without original packing, or if the customer selected the wrong car model/variant.
Proof Required
For damaged, wrong, or defective items, the customer must provide an unboxing video or clear pictures as proof. Without proof, the return or exchange request may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued when replacement or exchange is not possible. After verification, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another suitable method.
Refund Time
Approved refunds may take 3 to 7 working days to process.
Delivery Charges
If the mistake is from our side, we will handle the exchange properly. If the customer ordered the wrong product/model or changed their mind, return delivery charges may apply.
