After placing an order, our team may contact you through call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for order confirmation. Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may be cancelled.

All prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Gear Glow Autos reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if any product price is mistakenly listed.

5. Free Delivery

We offer Free Delivery on all orders across Pakistan, unless mentioned otherwise on any specific product or promotion.

6. Cash on Delivery

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service for customer convenience. The customer must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

7. Open Parcel Policy

Customers may check the parcel before payment where the courier service allows it. The product must not be used, damaged, or installed during checking.

8. Return & Refund

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Used products, customer-damaged products, or wrong model selection by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

9. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, car model, and variant before placing an order. Gear Glow Autos is not responsible for issues caused by wrong model selection.

10. Installation Responsibility

Some products may require professional installation. Gear Glow Autos is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification after delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gear Glow Autos will not be responsible for any indirect loss, vehicle damage, installation issue, courier delay, or misuse of the product after delivery.
